Happy Holidays!!
We really want to wish you all a very happy holiday season. Jenna is doing well and is looking forward to christmas
tomorrow. We unfortunately received some very bad news yesterday and We are asking for some prayer for our little friend
Ryan. He received a good report on his MRI last week and his tumor had shrunk more since the last scan. Everything was looking
good until yesterday. He had been having some problems the last few days with bruising and his parents decided to take
him into the dr. and they did some bloodwork and found that he has leukemia. He was admitted and today started chemo.
They are thinking that he developed the leukemia from the chemo he had when he was first diagnosed with the brain tumor. I
am having such a hard time with this. This is the reason I have to keep fighting for research for these horrible tumors. They
always tell you that there is a chance that you could develop a secondary cancer from chemo or radiation, but what do you
do when there is no other choice? This is just so unfair, Ryan doesn't know what it is like to live a life without hospitals
and Dr's. He is just the most amazing little boy that desperately needs our prayers. Please, Please, Please pass the word
around and help us to pray for Ryan and his family. They have all become very special to us. Thank you all
again for sticking with us through our journey, and I hope you all have a very blessed new year! P.S. You

MRI Update
Jenna had her MRI today and I am thrilled to say that it looked even better than the last one in September.
Dr. Raffel said that everything looked really good, and the tiny spot that was there last time was gone. WOW!!! We are not
used to good news, but I'll tell you, it sure feels good to hear it! He said that she can go from three month scans
to six month scans now. She was thrilled to hear that, mom and dad on the other hand really liked the three month scans just
for our peace of mind I guess. She literally danced her way out of the hospital today. We were especially proud of her
because she really struggles with going through with the MRI awake, she's very claustrophobic, and she did amazing. She
only had to stop once during the scan, and we actually were 20 minutes early for our appt. to see the Dr. I know I can never
thank you all enough for all the prayers, I really don't know where we would be without it! Please don't stop
praying, we know these crazy things are very unpredictable and she needs all of the prayer for continued good health. I have one other prayer request also. Our little friend Ryan from Columbus has his next MRI next Tuesday the 16th so if
you could all please pray for a good scan and more shrinkage of his tumor. He and his family have become very special to us,
and we were blessed enough to get to spend some time yesterday and today with them.
Hugs to you all, and I will
be updating again soon, as we have heard that the PLGA Foundation has some very exciting news, so I will share that with you
all very soon!!!
