I have been a little behind in updating the website lately, so since I last updated, Jenna has been having some back pain off and on for awhile, so we finally took her to the doc and he decided to do an MRI of her spine just to make sure there was nothing there. This tumor type can sometimes go to the spine, so we wanted to make sure this wasn't the case. She had the MRI a couple of weeks ago, and her spine looked great! They did find a spot on her lung, which, of course, scared us to death, but  they quickly reassured us that it is nothing to worry about. We really don't have a great explanation as to what it is, but that some people just have things like this and it is nothing to worry about. PTL!! She has been feeling great and being your average twelve year old girl-UGH! Her next MRI of the Brain in scheduled for May 26th at 12:30. She is anxious for that to get here and get over with as we are pretty certain that this scan will mark 2 YEARS TUMOR FREE!!PTL!! We really couldn't be any more blessed in the outcome of all of this. There are so many new children being diagnosed each week with this type of tumor and still not a lot has been accomplished in the research department since Jenna was diagnosed. It is our prayer daily that we can continue to do something to change that.
